The first session is a presentation on the concept of the collaboration, which will be addressed in terms of means, purpose, objectives and results at the legal level. It will showcase the policies and methodologies of integration between entities chaired and supported by Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of Supreme Council for Family Affairs (SCFA), as well as the purpose and objectives of such collaboration.

The session will also screen a video detailing the lessons learned from institutional integration and its impact on individuals. It will share an example of integration in the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation, in addition to the benefits and impact of of its integration with other entities.

The final session will be a presentation on the concepts, principles and applications of corporate resilience. The focus will be on the concept of resilience in terms of structure, the ability to understand the future, building dynamic capabilities and a culture of resilience, and the ability to adapt to the changing environment while being prepared for all eventualities.

The session will showcase the characteristics of resilient entities, and the various levels at which they assess their performance. These would include organisational structure, leadership, strategy, culture, behaviour, regulatory infrastructure, risk management, continuous improvement and innovation.

This session will discuss the concept and types of partnerships, in addition to the collaborations for investing in human and financial resources to fulfil common interests.

It will host three speakers - Moza Muhammad Ali Salem Al Khayal, Advisor to NAMA Women Advancement; Hanadi Saleh Al Yafei, Director, Sharjah’s Child Safety Department; and Dr. Faisal Ali Mousa Al Naqbi, Founder, Fam Holding Group – who will discuss sustainability in partnerships, classification of partners, nature of relationships between them, and ways of activating partnerships including mechanisms, standards and regulations. The session will also discuss the importance of partnerships, as well as the difference between partnerships in the private sector, and collaborations between government and private sector entities.
